Status of Women Canada Seeks Grant Proposals in Canada

Status of Women Canada is a federal government organization that works for gender equality and participation of women in the economic and social life of Canada. The priority areas of Status of Women Canada are enhancing the financial security of women; supporting women leadership; and stopping violence against women. It also provides strategic policy advice and gender-based analysis support relating to women in Canada.
Status of Women Canada is currently seeking proposals from organizations for funding to carry out projects that promote equality and support the advancement of women and girls living in rural and remote communities and small urban centres.
Who is eligible?
Incorporated not-for-profit and for-profit Canadian organizations with the mandate, experience, expertise and capacity to deliver the proposed project.

TD Green Streets 2012

TD Green Streets funding is available to Canadian municipalities and Aboriginal communities, as well as Business Improvement Associations (BIAs) in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto.
